Waco Information Technology Gateway is a 45,208 SF state-of-the-art data center located in downtown Waco, Texas. This data center facility is being developed in phases, with the first phase currently going online.
From the physical structure of this former nuclear fallout shelter, to redundant power systems, data feeds, and power feeds, the facility is designed, engineered and constructed to endure natural disasters and lengthy interruptions in utility service. The facility’s design employs the latest in safety and security technologies to create a structure that is virtually impenetrable to physical or virtual intrusion.
Located 90 miles south of Dallas-Fort Worth, and 90 miles north of Austin, Waco is ideally positioned to be a business continuity and disaster recovery hub for these major metropolitan areas.
The Waco ITG project is marketed through a strategic partnership with Clearview Managed Services, a 12-year-old Dallas-based IT consulting and management firm with extensive contacts in the Texas technology market.
