Paul Kite Company is a real estate development firm focused on acquiring and developing innovative commercial, retail, and residential properties across the United States. Founded in September 2004, the company’s management team brings together principals who have more than one hundred years’ combined experience in real estate development.

Currently, Paul Kite Company has projects existing and/or projects under development in eight states, and is actively seeking additional projects to continue fueling plans for sustained, rapid growth. Active projects include high-traffic retail centers, specialized commercial facilities, and industrial parks.

The company’s principals are Paul W. Kite, President; Jon L. Schelling, Vice President of Construction and Engineering; Martin V. Shrader, Chief Financial Officer; and George W. Somers, General Counsel. In addition, key staffers at Paul Kite Company have decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate.

Southwest Lubbock Medical Center

The proposed mixed-use complex, located at Slide Road & 98th Street, will be comprised of approximately 109,000 SF of medical office, diagnostic and surgical areas, approximately 44,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, and 57,000 SF to be the Corporate Headquarters of First Bank & Trust of Lubbock. It will serve the southwest Lubbock and surrounding communities.
