Southwest Lubbock Medical Center ![]() The proposed mixed-use center, located at Slide Road & 98th Street, will be comprised of approximately 135,700 SF of Covenant Hospital's medical office, diagnostic and surgical areas; approximately 44,000 SF of retail and restaurant space; and 66,000 SF to be the Corporate Headquarters of First Bank & Trust of Lubbock. It will serve the Southwest Lubbock and surrounding communities. |
